2 little known restaurants in Melaka to try! | Pampas Sky Dining Steakhouse and Restaurants Hakka Zhan

Today we'd be sharing 2 restaurants that are seldom mentioned but worth a try!

1)Pampas Sky Dining Steakhouse - For a more high class dining experience!




Having eaten so much local stuff over the last few visits, we decided to have a different experience. This restaurant sits atop of Swiss Garden Residences and provides awesome views in the evening.
As expected, there were a lot of dating couples and if you are thinking of a date, you should try this place. Prices are actually reasonable (like about RM50-70).

Conclusion

Food rating: 4/5
Family friendliness: 3/5 (Atas but not suitable for infants or toddlers because of ambience)
Value for money: 4/5
We had a great meal but it was quite embarrassing that the little one was misbehaving during mealtime then haha.

2) Restoran Hakka Zhan Review - For Cheap And Authentic Hakka Food!



Restoran Hakka Zhan is situated near Jonker and right beside Pak Putra Restaurant (another of our top recommendations).
It serves authentic Hakka food at affordable prices.

Their specialty is also the Niang dou fu. Pretty good!
They are famous lamb claypot and it’s about RM30 only. Not spicy and very tasty. We finished every bit of the soup.

We didn’t try the Hakka Wine Chicken (RM20.00) but neighbouring tables ordered.
Opens for 12pm-1.30pm lunch (we came at 1.30pm and they were closing even though they put 2pm)
Opens for dinner from 6pm. This time round we came early.
We love that it is not too crowded unlike many top restaurants. If you are looking to come as a big family, then it’s a definite plus.
Parking is plentiful outside Restoran Hakka Zhan as seen in our picture.

Today we'd be sharing on our experience at these 3 restaurants. These are some of the best chinese restaurants in Melaka = ) All 3 serve crabs and cheese prawn bee hoon if you are looking for it! Restoran Tong Sheng: Get Ready For A Long Queue! We were recommended by our cousin on this Restoran Tong Sheng. If you stay in Hatten Hotel or Hotel Equatorial or Rosa Hotel or any Melaka raya hotel, this place is walking distance. Kidzoona Melaka (Indoor Playground) review! | Why it's a superb playground for young kids!

The Kidzoona playground can be found on level 2 of Mahkota Parade which is just beside Hatten Hotel. Absolute visit for us and the little one has been there already like 10 times or something? haha. It’s also unlimited entry for a day whohoo =) THE BEST part of this indoor playground is that it’s located in a mall! I'd go shopping while hubby plays with him there. The moment we reach the entrance, mummy will go off on a bout of shopping herself, usually at Mr DIY (sadly, this has closed the last time we went. but there’s always the one opposite at Dahlaran Palawan). The other reason why we frequent it is that this indoor playground  will be virtually empty in the mornings at 10am. BTW, this kidzoona outlet closes at 10pm.
